Some political prayer requests

As most of you know, we are in a critical time in our country. I think America is waking up to some of these problems, the problems we caused by not standing up for what is good and right... the problems we caused by voting the way we did in 2008. Big Mistake.
Well. The election is over and the results are showing that some people have realized what was happening to the land of the free. Although, of course, some results came back discouraging (eg Reid and Pelosi- I'm not sure how they managed to stay in office...=C ).
But we took over thirty two Governor seats and sixty-something senate! PTL!!!
We got on some site and it showed the US in colors. If a place was colored red, it went R, and blue-D. New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, and of course the San Fransisco and Los Angeles area went D. Meanwhile, everything else was red....

I live in Illinois, Somewhere... And right now we still don't know who our governor will be. Pat Quinn- (hard core liberal) was our former Lt. governor until our last governor was removed from office because... well... let's sum it up this way: he was from Chicago- and Chicago usually means political corruptness. Big Time. (His name is so hard to spell, I'm not going to even try.)
Anyway, Quinn is running again, and supposedly he's ahead of Brady- a reeeaaallll good Conservative. But PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM TO WIN!!!!

I'm so glad we now have the majority now! Our country would of NOT been able to take two more years of democratic "reign." Our president said he took a shalacking. (But he went on to say it wasn't his fault). And when 2012 comes around, let's hope we get Chris Kristy (R-NJ) and Mike Pence (R-IN) in there!!!!
